Who is Karthik?
I have always been fascinated by the point where technology meets human behaviour. That curiosity led me from studying hospitality management at EHL to exploring how artificial intelligence can redefine how leaders think, decide, and lead.
Today I work as Project Manager for AI and Digitalisation at HotellerieSuisse, guiding the Swiss hotel industry through the next wave of technological transformation. Alongside that I coach executives and teams on using AI and automation with purpose, not just to optimise performance but to unlock new ways of thinking.
As a guest lecturer at EHL, I bring these insights back into the classroom, preparing the next generation of hospitality leaders to approach AI with both strategic clarity and ethical awareness.
What drives me is a simple idea: digitalisation is not about replacing people, it is about empowering them. My mission is to help leaders and organisations find that balance where innovation serves both business growth and human potential.
